2016 is nearly over and I've achieved more than I thought I would this year. I'm a happy man. 

If things didn't happen the way you planned, don't worry about it. If they were meant to happen, they would have happened.

This Christmas

The excitement about Christmas, 

It's not just the actual day but prep. 

We've travelled from a distance, 

It was time for us to take another step. 

We moved from Africa to Australia,

We left Melbourne to visit Rye, 

It was so much fun I tell Ya, 

We had lots of presents to buy. 

We made a Santa sack for our daughter, 

Wrote her name creatively and filled it with presents, 

Grandparents are thrilled to see their granddaughter, 

In different countries 2016 had lots of exciting events. 

We are expecting baby number two, 

I love to put my hand on the belly and feel the baby move, 

This Christmas I hope everyone has exciting things to do, 

Joy to the world, and let the nations prove.

Not Without My Blessing

I refuse to leave this world without my blessing. 

Where Did I Get Time?

We all have 24 hours, it all depends how you choose to use yours. 

That moment when you're surprised by the work of your hands. When you ask yourself where in the world did I get time to love God I mean soak on Him during the week, read His word, write new poems, songs and lead worship every Sunday. 

Love my family I mean look after my wife who's been unwell because of pregnancy for the second time, cook for her, do all the shopping, clean the house everyday, take her on dates to cheer her up, plan a surprise party with lots of gifts and a cake bigger than she's ever wished for haha! Organise my mom and her twin's surprise 50th birthday party, help my brother with his job application, look after my daughter, change her, bath her, take her to swimming, go on dates and put her to sleep every evening. 

Have a full time management job (sometimes on weekends), write my second motivational poetry book, organise the book launch, interviews with the media, manage a community gospel group, successfully organise their first show ever, generally love people and help where I can, give to those who are in need. 

Hold on I just realised that this list is endless. This has been a really big, great and successful year and it's not even over yet. Thank you God for all that you've done! I'll always worship your Holly name. 😄

Basically when you spend time with God, talk with Him everyday, He will renew your strength and maximise your time. 😃

I hear the sound of my people, all around.

Hey, I'm just a boy who fell in-love I'd say, 

It's not about colour, nor statement, nor proving a point, nor trying to rewrite the history of this world, 

I just needed someone who really rocks my world. 

Who will hold my hand, and understand each and every dream in my heart, 

Then love each and every piece of art, I'll ever start,

Except I'll lift my hand so high and make her stand so tall. 

Someone the day will never pass, without them invading my mind, 

Someone who is kind enough that I had to fly up so high to find and now our hearts are intertwined,

Be a Difference

Water stagnation occurs when water stops flowing. Other contaminants then start polluting it. 

When you don't challenge yourself enough, don't work hard enough or do nothing at all! You start getting bad friends who will influence you badly. Don't let outside sources destroy the only life you have. Move to the right direction, be a difference, be bold, fight for your dreams. It's not going to be easy I know. But that's where the value of whatever you'll be doing is. It's all worth it. 😃

On the 26th of November in Hillcrest Library come and see my dreams I've been fighting for. This is my second book launch and it's going to be bigger and better. This is just the beginning baby. I have a lot to offer this world. Be there and I'll give you a day to remember and treasure for the rest of your life. 😃

A place I don't really understand,

She really chose to marry me, 

After I got on one knee near the sea,

How do you read and lead when you're in desperate need? 

How do you see above the sea when you don't even know where you want to be? 

Well, you stand on your feet in the midst of the heat and you don't accept defeat, 

You employ a feeling of joy and focus on your life ahead to enjoy, 

Your mind has to be attentional to your destiny and your turns should be intentional, 

You forgive yourself and your parents and give more what you need as you live. 

Look within yourself, find out what you're good at, reflect on your interests and on your hearts shelves.

Simplicity

Simplicity is what catches people's attention and make them connect with your heart. 

Love

Love is complete acceptance: When we allow someone to be exactly as they are, without any belief that they aren’t good enough, without any belief that they would be “better” if they were different, this is love.

Love is completely unconditional: Love has no conditions. When we truly love someone, we can’t stop loving them, regardless of what they do or say. If our love is dependent upon the other person acting and speaking how we want, then this love is completely conditional. We often confuse this to be love, but this is just positive thoughts about someone. This is just loving what a person says or does, not loving them. Positive thoughts or the thought “I love you” isn’t necessary to love. Sometimes it even gets in the way.

Love is selfless: True love doesn’t want anything in return, because there is nothing it needs. We just love for the sake of love. When we love someone, we don’t look for them to fill our needs, love us back, and all those types of things. If that is what we are looking for, then we are just using the other person. What is the meaning of love? Love is completely selfless.
