That's where men get preoccupied,
In-between the horse and the wagon,
For his family he must provide,
Learning from a father who is gone.
Driving a horse is going to work,
The wagon is the house he lives in,
Beautiful homes equal overwork,
A man is torn in-between where he's been.
Waking up to work every morning,
Coming home tired every night,
Love for your family keeps you going,
Life indeed is a battlefield, just fight.
Take a man to the mountains,
Brand new ideas he will birth,
He'll be back with new fountains,
A man is from the dust of the earth.
Sometimes balancing the 2 is hard,
Keeping both work and family happy,
Fighting for your country, and being a family guard,
In-between you find a lonely daddy.
